QLAO was founded by Neenah Jordan Kelliebrew, an entrepreneur since the age of four — back when she was selling orange pies from a toy jewelry-box cash register. That early spark never faded. It grew into a genuine commitment to helping fellow professionals build stronger, more successful practices.

Before launching QLAO, Neenah built Queen's Virtual Assistance Space and spent over two decades working as a Legal Billing Specialist and Analyst inside some of the most respected law firms in the Washington, D.C. area. She worked shoulder-to-shoulder with senior partners at firms known nationally for vigorous client representation.
